One of the most egregious incidents in modern journalistic history is how the clowns that call themselves the gatekeepers to the news reported on Obama before and during his presidency. The man simply came from nowhere to challenge who everyone thought would be the next and first woman president, Hillary Clinton.
You’d think that’d result in a thorough vetting of then-candidate Obama, but instead, the exact opposite occurred. No matter how many red flags appeared about his past, from his refusal to release his academic records, attendance of a racist church, friendship with convicted terrorist Bill Ayers, and many others, the media refused to cover them honestly. They were all swept under the rug to give him the optimal chance of winning and being the first black president. While there was a litany of disqualifying evidence at the time, a new photo has emerged that might have actually forced the media to cover the man honestly.
As reported at the Daily Mail, a “journalist” has revealed a 13-year-old photo of Barack Obama posing with Louis Farrakhan, the infamous Nation of Islam’s leader. The photo was intentionally kept hidden in order to protect the former president’s career.
Askia Muhammad is the man who snapped the photo of Obama smiling alongside Farrakhan during a Congressional Black Caucus meeting in 2005.
Muhammad, who revealed the photo on Thursday, told the Trice Edney News Wire that he “gave the picture up at the time and basically swore secrecy’ out of concern that it could have ‘made a difference” and damaged Obama’s political future. At the time, Obama was still a nobody senator from Illinois.
Muhammad told the news site that the photo was kept a secret until after Obama secured the Democratic nomination to run for president and “all the way up until the inauguration.“
“Then for eight years after he was president, it was kept under cover,” Muhammad said. “It absolutely would have made a difference.” You’re right Muhammad, it would’ve made a difference. It quite possibly would’ve been the straw that broke the camel’s back and forced a reassessment of the shilling leftists were doing for Obama, due to Farrakhan’s antisemitism and black supremacy.
Adding to the disgusting cover-up, Muhammad said that a “staff member” for the CBC contacted him “sort of in a panic” after he took the photo.
“I sort of understood what was going on,” Muhammad said.
Muhammad said he “promised and made arrangements to give the picture to Leonard Farrakhan”, the minister’s son-in-law and chief of staff.
He said he gave away ‘the disk’ from his camera but “copied the photograph from that day onto a [computer] file. Realizing that I had given it up, I mean, it was sort of like a promise to keep the photograph secret,” Muhammad said.
And now, years later and when it doesn’t matter, Muhammad’s releasing the photo to gin up hype for his book. The man is a disgrace and doesn’t have the right to call himself a journalist, nor does anyone involved in this or any other information suppression concerning Obama–which is the entire media apparatus. It’s not as if there wasn’t enough at the time to sink his chances, but this photo might just have done. It’s a shame it’s only coming to light now when no one will care and the history’s already written.
