Trump and Cruz keep climbing higher and higher and Ben Carson keeps slipping down the polls.
In the new USA Today GOP Power Rankings, Trump continues to be #1 while we have a new #2, Ted Cruz! This comes as a shock since Ben Carson has been in the #2 spot since the Power Rankings began back in the summer. So many other GOP contenders also continue to fall behind with Marco Rubio, Carson, Jeb Bush, and Chris Christie rounding out the top 6. Christie has risen, but isn’t a threat in any way to Trump or Cruz.
