Ted Cruz’s slight victory over Trump in the Iowa caucus came out of left field, but there’s a reason. It turns out Cruz was spreading the lie that Ben Carson was out of the race, and that everyone should simply vote for him not to lose their vote.
Donald Trump – fair candidate that he is – only relied on his stances on the issues to get support, but that apparently wasn’t good enough.
When Trump learned of what Cruz did, he went on record as being very, very angry. Here he is at a rally expressing his disgust for someone that he once called a friend. He also laid out what would happen if Cruz kept on this path of dishonesty and got the nomination. Trump said the Democrats would “sue his ass off”:

Trump also took to Facebook to express that Cruz “stole” Iowa, and that a do-over was in order.
Ted Cruz didn’t win Iowa, he stole it. That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!
