Radical Islam is a phrase that many people are afraid to say, for a few reasons. One being that they are afraid to offend all Muslims who practice it. The others, who agree with Obama’s rhetoric, don’t want to say it because they feel that the term “radical Islam” won’t make a difference when talking about terrorism.
Having said that, the lack of identification of an enemy is one of the biggest mistakes anyone can make in battle and hear these words America. Make no mistake – we are at war with Islam.
The entire western world is and it all started 15 years ago on 9/11/2001. Rudy Giuliani was there, saw the devastation first hand, and led New York City through the most difficult time in its entire history. If anyone knows about the results of radical Islam, it’s him, but he remained positive as he went on Fox News on the 15th anniversary of the tragic event.
He said that NYC bounced back. He said that radical Islam did not win, and we agree.
“They didn’t succeed in breaking our spirit,” Giuliani said on Fox and Friends, “The country came right back.”
“New York City recovered faster than anyone thought.”
Today, in the footprint of what was then Ground Zero stands two memorial pools where each of the Twin Towers once stood, as well as a museum, park and new transit hub.
“When we show weakness, they take advantage,” the former mayor said of Islamic terrorists.
He remarked how the United States did not respond forcefully to the U.S.S. Cole bombing or the attacks on east African embassies of the United States.
“Radical Islamic terrorism is a threat to all of us. They don’t distinguish [race, ethnicity or political inclinations]
“They want us to submit or die,” he said.

Radical Islam will never win. As long as there are Americans alive, we will NEVER cower in fear towards a religious belief system that actively thinks the murder of innocent people will get you to heaven. Radical Islam did not win on 9/11, we did. All it did was strengthen our resole to wipe it off the face of the earth.
The liberal mindset here is an interesting note to close on. Liberals and Democrats are telling us all to embrace Islam into our culture and into our communities. Instead of that, let’s remember what happened on one fateful day those 15 years ago. Let’s listen to people like Rudy Giuliani who say that Radical Islam cannot win over the will of a free people, no matter what evil plan they hatch.
