Countless American families have been ravaged by illegal immigration. The Obama administration weakened our southern border, encouraging millions of people to disregard the law and sneak across. Once nestled within the states, illegals often to turn to crime to make ends meet.
“Honest” illegals are usually corrupted by their companions. They can’t get real jobs and money is tight. Their vulnerable legal status acts like bait, attracting unscrupulous and conniving criminals. President Trump, unlike his predecessor, understands how damaging illegal immigration has been.

Trump arranged to speak with almost a dozen immigration victims. It was a heartbreaking meeting. An anguished mother describes the brutal death of her son, a devastated father explains how his child was raped and sodomized.
According to the Heritage Foundation: “The report found that criminal aliens, both legal and illegal, make up 27 percent of all federal prisoners. Yet non-citizens are only about nine percent of the nation’s adult population. Thus, judging by the numbers in federal prisons alone, non-citizens commit federal crimes at three times the rate of citizens.
The findings in the second report are even more disturbing. It reviewed the criminal histories of 55,322 aliens in federal or state prisons and local jails who ‘entered the country illegally.’ Those illegal aliens were arrested 459,614 times, an average of 8.3 arrests per illegal alien, and committed almost 700,000 criminal offenses, an average of roughly 12.7 offenses per illegal alien.”
Those numbers are LOW estimates. Who knows how many criminal illegals get away with their crime? Sanctuary cities sometimes decline to prosecute people who are at risk of being deported. Liberals are so eager to stick it to Trump that they’re willing to ally themselves with thugs.
Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly released a memo in February stating “criminal aliens routinely victimize Americans…Often, these victims are not provided adequate information about the offender, the offender’s immigration status, or any enforcement action taken by ICE [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] against the offender….leaving victims feeling marginalized and without a voice.”
It needs to stop. All illegals should be deported, but those who commit who additional crimes while in America need to be the priority.
