Mike Pence’s Incredible Response To Hamilton Ambush Is Exactly What America Needs To Hear
If there was any doubt in your mind that Mike Pence was the wrong man for the job, he instantly put those thoughts to rest.
Last week, the cast of Hamilton used their celebrity and their stage to ambush Vice President-Elect Mike Pence and his family as they took in the record-breaking musical. Instead of signing off and requesting a private audience with Pence, which is what they should have done, they encouraged the audience to video and tweet their message to Pence.

The backlash from this has been huge from the conservative community calling it a disgusting display from the left. While we agree, Mike Pence’s response to the cast’s message is exactly why he and the Trump administration will thrive.

“We wanted to go see ‘Hamilton’, it’s an extraordinary production, and frankly we really enjoyed being there,” Pence told Sean Hannity, adding that he and his family walked in to a mix of boos and cheers.
“I nudged my daughter when we got to our seats and said ‘remember, Charlotte, that’s what freedom sounds like’. I’ll leave to others whether it was appropriate for one of the actors to address me from the stage at the end.”
The unequivocal class of that statement alone was above every single thing Obama and Biden have done in the last 8 years. And Pence is right on the money with what he said.
We live in a country that gives people the freedoms to do these things. The timing and the place of this clearly class-less ambush was 100% out of line and wrong, but Pence handled it in the best way humanly possible.
We cannot wait to see how he and Trump re-shape America. If this is a sign of things to come, America will be back on top in no time flat.
