Obama Told These Marines To Stand Down After The Chattanooga Shooting. They Had Other Plans.

Every time I hear about our service men and women doing something to protect their brothers and sisters, I’m never more impressed and proud of those that fight to protect our country. However, the Obama administration doesn’t seem to think so, as an order from the Pentagon told armed civilians, may of them being marines themselves from all around the country NOT to guard Armed Forces Career centers, in response to the senseless act of terrorism in Chattanooga.

Peter Cook, a Pentagon spokesman is quoted as saying:

While we greatly appreciate the outpouring of support for our recruiters from the American public, we ask that individuals not stand guard at recruiting offices as it could adversely impact our mission, and potentially create unintended security risks. We continue to partner with and rely on first responders for the safety of the communities where our service members live and work.

The reason for the outcry from armed citizens is because the military personnel are generally not allowed to carry firearms in these centers. The red-blooded citizens are doing their duty to protect those that need protection against out enemies. That’s the very definition of a patriot, in my opinion, and no matter what Obama or his lackeys want to do, there will always be those that put country first.

Kim Paulsen, member of the Iowa Militia that has set up near a center in Des Moines, told his local news agency:

To have someone throw lead at you and you not be able to throw it back just seems victim, these guys should be able to be comfortable and not have to worry about what’s behind the next car, and that is why I am here.
