Universities today have a pretty tough row to hoe these days. Dealing with millennials 24/7 is enough to give even the stoutest among us a stress migraine that just won’t quit. However, some of the new challenges that face colleges today that want to stay competitive, but also inclusive, is now bordering on the psychotic.
The gender confusion that is sweeping our nation is affected schools in a big way. Some are resisting, but the University of Minnesota decided to accept this abnormal behavior with open arms. The university elected to do away with its homecoming king and queen in favor of the gender neutral “royals.” And of course, these can be two people of any gender combination, because really, who can tell.
According to Breitbart,
Homecoming this year at the University of Minnesota will be held October 15-21. Recentl students have been invited to apply to be crowned a royal for the 2017 event.
“This change allows the University to select the best student representatives for the U of M based on campus and community involvement — regardless of gender,” the Homecoming website states.
According to the website, the title of “royal” will be awarded to two students “who respectfully represents the University’s values, connects with the diverse members of the University community, and has excellent school pride.”
“As in past years, the U will name 10 students to Homecoming court, only this year the mix won’t necessarily be five men and five women. Those 10 will be paired at random to compete in pre-Homecoming events, and their performance, along with a university-wide vote, will determine the two royals,” the Pioneer Press reports.
Allyson Taubenheim, the university’s marketing manager for Student Unions & Activities, argued that the change will allow the school’s diverse student body to be better represented at homecoming. “We are excited about this change,” she added. “Our student body is made up of a very diverse population that shouldn’t be limited by gender identity.
America has unfortunately bought this idea that gender is what we think it is, hook, line, and sinker. We are taking a path that is leading impressionable young minds to relish their confusion, and allowing demented adults to exploit that for their own pleasure.
This interview with a previously transgender man (born male) who has come back to his original identity is a peek into a world of confusion, mental illness, and ultimately the path back to normality.

It’s noteworthy that medical professionals of older generations understood that gender confusion was a mental condition.
Somehow it became politically correct to say that the natural instinct a human has to back away from something or someone that is malfunctioning is hateful. It’s not hateful, it’s the way we treat anything when its wiring gets crossed up. If your oven is throwing sparks at you, you get it fixed, you don’t embrace it because it’s found a new identity as a roman candle.
It seems as if America has fallen down a rabbit hole, and the Queen of Hearts just might be in drag.
