It’s good to be President Trump. He triumphed last night, 75% of Americans loved his first State of the Union speech. Media talking heads are eating their words, they predicted a fumble and instead witnessed a victory.
Americans relished Trump’s message because it reminded them that the American dream is still alive.
CBS News reports: “Eight in 10 Americans who watched tonight felt that the president was trying to unite the country, rather than divide it. Two-thirds said the speech made them feel proud, though just a third said it made them feel safer. Fewer said the speech made them feel angry or scared.”
No one could have been rationally frightened at what President Trump said. Democrats are unnerved because Trump refuses to roll over and comply with their immigration demands.
It looks like most Americans are on the president’s side. He touched upon immigration during his address, and most people loved what he said. CBS was forced to admit that: “On some of the specific issues the President touched upon, most viewers had a favorable opinion of what Mr. Trump had to say about the nation’s infrastructure, immigration, and national security.”
Democrats are mad at President Trump’s State of the Union address because it talked about American success on the rise and continued a plan to help the American people.
Then Democrats wonder why their party is rapidly collapsing. It’s not rocket science.

Americans don’t regret their decision to put Trump in the White House. He’s proven to be a responsive, dynamic leader who has shattered expectations. The country isn’t a utopia, we still have problems to work out, but life for the average American is getting better under President Trump.
The mainstream media refuses to acknowledge the truth.
CBS begrudgingly admitted that Trump knocked it out of the park with his speech before adding: “In the latest CBS national poll released earlier this month, 24 percent of Americans identified themselves as Republicans. Among those who watched tonight’s address, that percentage was 42 percent, bolstering the overall approval of the address.”
