ISIS better watch their backs because Mad Dog Mattis has them in his sights. Mattis met with several administration principals in order to get their input, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer told reporters during a briefing.
Via Daily Caller:
“As you might already know, the Department of Defense presented its preliminary plan to the White House today to defeat ISIS,” said Spicer. “This plan has been delivered by Secretary Mattis, who is currently briefing the principals on the option presented today and seeking their input and feedback.”
President Trump addressed reporters saying “This is not just a military plan. It draws upon all elements of national power — diplomatic, financial, cyber, intelligence [and] public diplomacy, and it’s been drafted in close coordination with our interagency partners.”
The exact details are being kept confidential for obvious reasons, but the Pentagon hinted that it might involve multiple government agency’s resources to take down ISIS on a global scale.
Any sense of security that our enemies in the middle east gained over the last 8 years should probably be abandoned like the bombed out ruins of their former headquarters.
Our enemies were in for a big shock on the day that Mattis took over his duties as Secretary of Defense. Mattis oversaw a total of 31 airstrikes on the Islamic State terrorist group in parts of Iraq and Syria. The Pentagon stated the operation carried out 25 strikes in Syria and six strikes in Iraq, and that was just the first day.
Welcome to phase 1 of MAGA.
