Parkland teen David Hogg has a new enemy.
Laura Ingraham sent a mean tweet after he was rejected by a slew of California colleges. Instead of responding maturely, the 17-year-old “activist” threw a fit. He wants his supporters to take a break from fighting for gun safety and go after Ingraham instead.
“David Hogg rejected by Four Colleges To Which He Applied and whines about it,” the Fox News host tweeted Wednesday. “Dinged by UCLA with a 4.1 GPA…totally predictable given acceptance rates).”
Hogg, it seems, is a little sensitive.
“Soooo what are your biggest advertisers…Asking for a friend. #BoycottIngramAdverts,” he snarked in return before tweeting a list of advertisers.
He asked his horde of followers pick a company to boycott at least one of the companies.
“David was not whining. I called him about the story… He was not feeling sorry for himself in the slightest. It was my idea that colleges should consider applicants who are so committed. Did you watch the video?” TMZ founder Harvey Levin tweeted.
It’s a lot of outrage considering how Hogg admitted he’s probably too famous to go to college now anyway.
“It is absolutely disappointing but at this point, we’re already changing the world… If colleges want to support us in that, great, if they don’t it doesn’t matter, we’re still going to change the world,” Hogg said during his interview with TMZ.
“It’s been kind of annoying having to deal with that and everything else that’s been going on but at this point, you know, we’re changing the world.”
Hogg has somehow become the face of the gun control movement. He stepped into the spotlight after the horrific Parkland, Florida high school shooting and hasn’t left. He has over 600,000 Twitter followers. He was on the cover of TIME magazine along with some of his friends.
Liberals have turned him into a hero activist when he’s just a kid.
