Bill O’Reilly isn’t exactly known for his soft-spoken nature and lack of opinion. His legendary commentary took aim at Senate Democrats who are ridiculously attempting to make a mockery of Neil Gorsuch’s confirmation hearing.
He points out that these senators are far more worried about Gorsuch turning into a politician than his making just rulings. And turning into a politician is something he has made it abundantly clear he will not do.

Somehow, an originalists view of the constitution is “troubling” to one of our United States Senators?
If that’s the case, the question becomes, what guides judges, politicians and even the President as to what laws will be followed and which will be modified or thrown out altogether as antiquated?
Should free speech not extend to social media since there was no internet when the constitution was written? Obviously, liberals are willing and ready to throw the baby out with the bathwater on the right to bare arms since there are now increasingly damaging firearms. The sky is the limit as to how much politicians will be making it up as they go along if they are able to discredit the constitution.
Gorsuch has made it clear that he is against this method of running government, as he said multiple times during his hearing. His objective will be to adhere to the current laws of the land, taking into account precedent set by previous rulings.
His methodology lines up perfectly with what is required of a Supreme Court Justice, yet the Democrats still see him as a threat, since he won’t bow to their political ideology.
To that I say “tough luck, Princess.” This is the candidate sent to you by the President we fairly elected. Enough with the shenanigans already.
