The last democrat debate saw a record. A record low that is!
The GOP debates have been off the charts for ratings, racking up record after record for viewership. Now we have confirmation that this past democratic debate was the lowest watched debate yet for this presidencial race, showing that less voters are caring what Clinton and Sanders have to say.
The ABC-hosted Democratic primary debate on Saturday drew in 7.85 million viewers, according to Nielsen.
Though the rating makes it the least watched debate of the 2016 cycle, the number is higher than some were expecting for a debate on the Saturday before Christmas and with only three candidates on stage.
The most watched primary debate in the 2008 cycle was the April 16, 2008, Democratic debate on ABC. That debate drew 10.7 million viewers.
Yup! Viewers and voters care less about what Hillary and Bernie have to say than Trump and the rest of the GOP crowd. This is great news, showing that the GOP candidates are not only stronger, but more polarizing as well and they have a great chance of taking the presidency from the liberals!
