Yesterday, the British parliament was the subject of a “lone wolf” terror attack. A car plowed into multiple innocent bystanders before the attacker hopped out and began stabbing people.
At last count, there were four confirmed dead and dozens injured.
This is a senseless attack, and while you might think that the city and country leaders would be vowing to bring to justice those responsible, unfortunately, that’s just not the case.
For once I tend to agree with the democrats on something; I don’t think we should use the phrase “radical Islam.” I say that because it’s being used to separate the confirmed killers from the potential killers.
The religion of Islam requires a certain amount of aggression against any non-believers, and it encourages all violence possible toward the “infidels.” To say that there is such a thing as a non-violent Muslim is to deny the very tenets of their faith. Muslims have a foundation built on “might makes right” and tapping into the baser instincts of human nature.
If you’re one of the people that still wants to believe in the good in humans, and that we shouldn’t stereotype people of a certain faith, please remember these two things:
First, they choose this faith, they choose to be associated with the repeat, criminal offenders who have caused countless loss of life. The only way Islam will ever be a religion of peace is if we all bow down to it. When they rule the world, then we will have peace.
Secondly, I implore you to ask yourself if you want to see the good in these people because you believe in human nature, or because you can’t face the alternative. What if you were to buy into the idea that all Muslims are required to either convert or kill you? How would you have to live your life then? And more importantly; what happens if you don’t?
