There has been much controversy surrounding the failure of “Trumpcare” and the role that Speaker of the House Paul Ryan played in it. President Trump made repealing the Affordable Care Act one of the foundations of his campaign.
The fact that the replacement of Obamacare failed is a huge mark on the reputation of Republicans since they have the majority everywhere and a Republican in the White House. The revocation of this hotly disputed piece of legislation should have been a shoo-in.
Judge Pirro had a few things to say about it on her show, and many have wondered if President Trump knew what she would be discussing since he gave her show this endorsement before it’s airing.

Regardless, Judge Pirro didn’t pull any punches asserting her opinion that Ryan should acquiesce his position of power in the United States House of Representatives.
Via Gateway Pundit:
Judge Pirro: “Paul Ryan needs to step down as Speaker of the House. The reason? He failed to deliver the votes on his healthcare bill the one to repeal and replace Obamacare. The one that he had seven years to work on. The one he hid under lock and key in the basement of Congress. The one that had to be pulled to prevent the embarrassment of not having enough votes to pass.”
Judge Pirro actually questioned where Paul Ryan’s loyalty lies: “I never put my faith in you, Ryan. I questioned you all through the campaign when you distanced yourself from candidate Trump whenever you felt the prevailing winds blowing against Trump. To me, your loyalty was always in question.”
Pirro makes an excellent point in many ways. Ryan had the opportunity to give American’s a functioning healthcare system back, gift wrapped and with a bow on top, and he blew it. Both Congress and the country couldn’t have been more ripe to either just repeal or pass an amended Affordable Care Act, but he handled the situation in a way that shows he doesn’t have the leadership skills needed for the job.
Ryan is in a position that is third in line if the President should come to an untimely end, and he can’t even rally his own party on something they weren’t particularly divided on. That is a crying shame.
