For all the misguided and totally insane flack Donald Trump is catching for his “second amendment people” comment, no one seems to be remembering that Hillary Clinton made a similar remark that was WAY more inflammatory back in 2008.
But let’s get a bit of context here. If you haven’t seen it, my esteemed partner here at Yes I’m Right wrote an open letter to the Liberal media about Trump’s comments. You can read it right here and it’s something that every American should read. It’s 100% truth. This all came about when Trump said “Second Amendment people can stop Hillary Clinton.”
To any dummy, that would mean stopping her from becoming president by voting and making she she never sees that kind of power. The Liberal media blew it out of proportion (in my opinion because it was a slow news day and they needed to further their agenda of Trump-hate) and all of them said it was a call for gun owners to assassinate Hillary Clinton.
Trump never used the words “assassinate,” “Hillary,” or “Clinton” in any part of his speech. Yet, everyone in the Liberal media has forgotten that Hillary made a comment that was 10 times worse than what Trump said. She insinuated that then Senator Barack Obama could be assassinated in California during the 2008 election cycle. Here’s the proof.
And here’s some context on when and why she said that:
Hillary Rodham Clinton yesterday brought up the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy while defending her decision to stay in the race against Barack Obama – drawing a furious reaction from the front-runner’s camp.
“My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it,” she said, dismissing calls to drop out.
Obama campaign spokesman Bill Burton rebuked Clinton, saying her remark was “unfortunate and has no place in this campaign.”
Any comments about assassination and the primary contest are especially sensitive because Obama is the first African-American to advance so far in the race for the White House and he has faced threats, congressional sources have said.
This, of course, coming from a woman who says things like this on the daily.
"A person seeking to be the President of the United States should not suggest violence in any way." pic.twitter.com/Uu55CBCqdK
— Hillary Clinton (@HillaryClinton) August 9, 2016
Well then Hillary, you shouldn’t be seeking to be President of the United States then. And guess what!? Every single President has had to suggest violence in some way since the beginning of time. What do you think war is? What do you think lawful force is? This is the problem with Hillary Clinton, she says one thing and then does or says another later.
Let’s also remember that Joe Biden, Obama’s own VP, also said that if Obama took his guns, there would be a problem.
Another who mentioned the possibility of an Obama assassination was none other than Obama’s own running mate, then-Sen. Joe Biden (D-DE):
“I guarantee you, Barack Obama ain’t taking my shotguns, so don’t buy that malarkey,” Biden said angrily. “They’re going to start peddling that to you. I got two, if he tries to fool with my Beretta, he’s got a problem.”
This is complete insanity. How about all Conservatives spread this around to show what lying, two-faced morons the Liberals are. I think that’s a pretty just and fair reaction to the complete s*** storm the Liberal media has made over absolutely nothing.
It’s also just more ammunition to show that Hillary is the truly unfit candidate for the presidency. I hope Trump beats her by double.
