One of Bill Clinton’s numerous mistresses was such a frequent fixture at the White House she was dubbed the “energizer” by the Secret Service. The buxom blond would slink into the building after Hillary had been hustled out of sight.
Former Secret Service agent Gary Byrne is set to release a bombshell tell-all this January about his time protecting the Clintons. One particularly salacious revelation tells how agents once caught Bill trying to sneak out of the White House, hidden in his lawyer’s car with a raincoat thrown over his head. He was on his way to see one of his mistresses. Perhaps the energizer was too busy to come over that day.
“You better get me some help here,” the agent who discovered the attempt reportedly said. “I just caught Bruce Lindsey trying to drive out with the President with a raincoat over his head.”
It’s like a story pulled from a pulp novel. Agents were furious.
“They were dejected, disappointed, bewildered and shocked. They tried to remain diplomatic but they had to be adamant with Bruce Lindsey that this would never happen again,” Byrne claims in his book.
Clinton was one of the original Washington abusers. However, his crimes were committed long before the country became interested in spotlighting workplace misconduct. Clinton’s reputation among the left was barely tinged by the allegations against him.
The Clintons are becoming less popular every day. Hillary’s loss should have been the end of their careers, but they’re both still entrenched in the modern political scene.
