The last few days haven’t been the best for Democratic Senator Al Franken. The former comedian’s been mostly on the fringes of relevancy since making his way to Congress, but he’s seen his stock soar during Trump’s presidency. That’s because he’s been one of the most vocal left-wing critics of the administration, constantly accusing them off corruption and criminal collusion with Russia.
But all of the effort he’s put in to become a darling to the Left has been for naught, as his star has gone supernova after he was accused of sexual harassment, a crime he’s been more than willing to accuse Trump of. The president is fully aware of Franken’s penchant for trash talk as well, as he took to Twitter to mock the SNL alum in hilarious fashion.
As reported at the New York Post, President Trump made fun Franken on Twitter Thursday over allegations the former comic groped and forcibly kissed a woman during a USO tour in 2006.
“The Al Frankenstien picture is really bad, speaks a thousand words. Where do his hands go in pictures 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6 while she sleeps?” Trump tweeted, referring to a picture that the victim, Leeann Tweeden, provided to add credibility to her claims.
Trump wasn’t finished ridiculing Franken, as he pointed out the senator’s disgusting hypocrisy on the issue of harassment saying, “And to think that just last week he was lecturing anyone who would listen about sexual harassment and respect for women. Lesley Stahl tape.”
Franken is the latest in a long list of elites that have been exposed for their sexual predatory behavior. What makes these revelations all the more enraging is that in most cases, the guilty have been incredibly vocal in their attacks on Trump and his supposed harassment of women. Talk about risky and arrogant behavior for them to think, as heavily scrutinized politicians and celebrities, they could get away with boldly criticizing someone about a crime they’re guilty of.
On top of groping her in her sleep, Tweeden recounts that while they were backstage during the 2006 USO event, Franken came up a skit that called for him to kiss her. Franken insisted, “We need to rehearse the kiss,” according to Tweeden.
“We did the line leading up to the kiss and then he came at me, put his hand on the back of my head, mashed his lips against mine and aggressively stuck his tongue in my mouth,” Tweeden recalled.
Talk about a serious creep. Maybe these left-wing abusers should think about keeping silent on the issue if they have these kinds of skeletons in their closets. But that’s unlikely to happen, thanks to their supreme arrogance and addiction to virtue signaling.
