CIA Director CONFIRMS That Obama HELPED Form ISIS! The TRUTH Is OUT!

CIA Director John Brennan attacked Obama after the Paris attacks late in 2015, and he’s doing it again, exposing Obama for helping create ISIS itself!

Brennan admitted during his speech at the Center for Strategic and International Studies that George Bush had decimated ISIS and that the terrorist group had grown by as much as 4,400 percent under Barack Obama.
