You might have been clinging to some kind of hope that the Black Lives Matter movement actually had hopes of equality or that those who speak for black America wanted everyone to get along and be friends. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case.
We’ve had our suspicions and we’ve seen those who we hoped were the extremists acting like black people were better than white people, but the tide has officially turned, and those who are a part of the movement who don’t want to crush the white people are in the minority.
Via The Blaze:
Fox News host Tucker Carlson battled it out with a Black Lives Matter activist supporter who tried to justify an “blacks-only” Memorial Day event.
“I thought the whole point of Black Lives Matter was to speak out against singling out people based on race, and punishing them for that, because you can’t control what your race is,” Carlson began. “And yet they seem to be doing that, explain that to me.”
“What I say to that is boo-hoo-hoo, you white people are angry because you couldn’t use your ‘white privilege’ card to get invited to the Black Lives Matter’s all-black Memorial Day celebration! Wow! Let me contextualize that for you,” she shouted.

So, this political analyst is saying that the celebration in question is for black people only. That makes one want to ask, just how black do they have to be? What about bi-racial people? How about if you’re less than half black? Is there a color chart, or are we taking blood samples and sending them off to ancestory.com before letting people have the good barbecue? Oh, what about those who just “identify as black” (i.e. Rachel Dolezal)? Is there some kind of background check going on? Or maybe this is less about science and race and just about feeling special and having the power to leave people out.
Everybody wants to be special, everybody wants to know that something sets them apart, but doing that at the expense of an entire race of people is wrong. It was wrong at the time of the Civil War, and it led to violence. It’s wrong now, and if it continues, it will lead to violence again.
