Donald Trump, after winning 7 states and a ton of delegates on Super Tuesday, must be feeling pretty good about himself, but the results don’t paint the entire picture.
The Trump effect is real, and it manifested itself in real people getting out and casting their vote for the candidate who they think will lead the country into its next great age.
After the Super Tuesday results, one tweet summed up exactly why Donald Trump will be the next President – the amount of people he drew to get out and vote is simple staggering, which was a larger increase than Bernie and Hillary combined.
Here’s the tweet:
Virginia GOP primary turnout in 2012: 265,570.
Estimate in 2016?: 1,025,000.
