In case you haven’t been watching, Donald Trump’s last two speeches have been calculated, on point, and tempered. To anyone listening, he’s sounding VERY presidential and the poll numbers are showing it, with Trump up a few points since last week, especially with ethnic communities.
Before, Trump was accused of being more dictator-like when he spoke and less presidential. While I personally disagree with that, the shouting and loud manner with which he delivers his speeches is out of the norm. Is it dictator-like? No, but liberals’ minds work in strange ways.
That’s where Rudy Giuliani comes in, with the knock out punch that proves that not only is Hillary not on point with unifying communities across the country, but that Trump’s message is reaching a surprising amount of black and Hispanic voters on the issues that matter.
The former mayor of New York dismissed widespread criticisms that GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump lacks substantive policy proposals during a Wednesday appearance on “Fox & Friends.”
“I mean, those two speeches were the two most substantive, I would say historic, speeches that any presidential candidate has made in a very long time,” former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani told the hosts.
The praise comes in the wake of Trump’s national security speech at a campaign event in West Bend, Wisc., just a few miles outside Milwaukee, which was shaken by riots following a black police officer shooting and killing an armed black assailant Saturday.
“I think this is the best speech that any Republican, at least, has ever given,” Giuliani continued.

Not sure about you, but that sounds pretty presidential to me…and Trump’s right. Hillary talks down to minority communities, Trump talks to them.
