If there was ever a country that we should be looking towards for how to handle the Muslim infestation plaguing the world currently, it’s Angola.
For those of you that do not know, Angola is a country on the western coast of Africa where they have a government that is much like that of the U.S. with three branches: Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. By no means are they like the U.S. in amounts of freedom for the people there, but they are a far cry from North Korea or countries in the Middle East which allow no freedoms whatsoever. Angola also has a similar religious population to the U.S. with a majority of the population being Christian and more than half being Catholic according to Wikipedia.
But why give this type of background on a country that’s in Africa? Well, considering the fact that they are similar to the U.S. in governmental structure and also in religious makeup, they can show us exactly how to deal with radical Islam.
Angola was the first country to completely BAN Islam, forbidding people to worship and demolishing mosques in an attempt to stop the hate filled religion from spreading in their country.
When it comes to radical Islamic extremism there should be no ambiguity, in that common sense should always drive the political discussion, rather than attempting to be ”politically correct” at the expense of the innocent. It seems that in Angola common sense and perhaps popular demand by its citizens has forced officials to take pre-emptive action and have decided to ban the Muslim religion within its country, which they consider a cult, and NOT a religion.
In early October 2013, Muslims living in Luanda in the municipality of Viana Zango were shocked to see the minaret of their mosque dismantled into pieces on the ground without permission.
The Angolan authorities decided to destroy the mosque Zango located in the urban district of Viana 17 km. The governor of Luanda Bento announced in a radio spot that radical Muslims are not welcome in Angola and the Angolan government is not ready for the legalization of mosques in Angola.
On November 19th, the Minister of Culture, Rosa Cruz e Silva said. “Regarding Islam, the legalization process has not been approved by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. Therefore all mosques would be closed until further notice.
Obviously the Angolan government sees what is taking place in European capitals around the world especially in Africa, and are taking steps to prevent the same from happening in Angola.
Of course Liberals and Muslims are saying this is inhumane and is unjustified.
Here is the transcript of the news report above:
Angola has banned Islam, claiming that it clashes with its customs and state religion. The Angolan government says Islam is not a religion but a sect, and as part of the ban, all mosques will be destroyed in the Christian-majority country. According to the Islamic Community of Angola, there are more than eighty mosques and about half a million Muslims in the country, and the number is growing. Angola’s culture ministry says the houses of worship of other faiths which have not been legalized will also be demolished. Angola is the first country in the world to ban Islam.
Ah yes, very inhumane to try and stop a religion that tells people to go and kill other people in the name of God. Very inhumane to try and stop a religion where it’s followers continually strap bombs to themselves and blow up women and children across the globe.
If anything, we should be taking a note from what Angola has done. I might make our world a more peaceful place.
