If you are an American citizen, President Trump is YOUR president. The “not my president” shtick is getting old. Hollywood A-lister Bryan Cranston agrees.
“President Trump is not the person who I wanted to be in that office, and I’ve been very open about that,” Cranston said during an interview. “That being said, he is the president.”
It’s simple. If you live in America, you should want the country to succeed. Like it or not, our fate is intertwined with Trump’s. If he does the abysmal job some liberals seem to hope that he will, the average American will suffer for far longer and harder than anyone else.
“If he fails, the country is in jeopardy. It would be egotistical for anyone to say, ‘I hope he fails,’” Cranston said. “To that person I would say, f— you. Why would you want that? So you can be right?”
Cranston has the right attitude.
“I don’t want him to fail… I want him to succeed. I do. I honestly do.”
Democrats are using division and anger to strengthen their party. They don’t have any more viable political ideas, so their politicians are trying to use any method they can to attract interest.
“We’ve got to get away from this idea that our country is a political football, and someone with a different opinion is the enemy. Assume they love this country as much as you do, and there’s always room for improvement. How can we make it better?” Cranston asked before the election.
