Black Pastor Supports Donald Trump, But Then He Gets Banned For Life

Popular black Reverend Jesse Lee Peterson was cruelly kicked out of a Los Angeles gym because he refused to hide the fact that he’s a Trump supporter.

Rev. Peterson made a quick phone call to a radio show while closeted away in a private area of the Equinox gym in LA. During the phone call, Peterson mentioned that he was a Trump-loving conservative.

The gym employees reacted with rage.

“He had been making semi-frequent radio appearances by phone from that gym for six years,” Anthony Kohrs, an attorney representing Peterson, said. “He finds a spot where there isn’t a lot of background noise. He never had a problem. He’s even been given permission by employees to use their offices.”

Instead of behaving reasonably, an unnamed employee and one who identified himself as “Scott” lunged at the 68-year-old Peterson and began yelling at him. They then kicked him out of the gym and informed him that he was receiving a lifetime ban. Peterson was so shaken up that he’s seeking damages.

“Nothing I can think of that he could be accused of would warrant violence or a lifetime ban,” the attorney said.

“Even if Jesse was screaming, that’s not a reason to assault him. He says he was standing there on the phone… He doesn’t want his membership back. He feels humiliated. He’s very troubled that his civil rights were violated. He doesn’t want this to happen to other people.”

It’s appalling the way Rev. Peterson was treated, but, unfortunately, not surprising. The left seems to be growing more intolerant every day.
